These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mcvillan.org, including its contact and consultation booking features. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About this website

Mcvillan International provides information about software, web, information technology, infrastructure, automation, and related business services. Website content is general information and may be changed without notice. It is not a binding quotation, professional advice, or a promise that a particular service or result is suitable for you.

Contact requests and project engagements

Sending an enquiry does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any project scope, fees, taxes, payment terms, timeline, deliverables, support obligations, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, and acceptance criteria will be governed by a separate written agreement or accepted quotation. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that project.

Consultation bookings

  • You must provide accurate contact information and book only for yourself or with the attendee’s permission.
  • The website permits one confirmed meeting per email address per calendar day.
  • A booking is confirmed when the website displays confirmation. Email delivery is not guaranteed, so contact us if you do not receive the details.
  • Appointments are shown in Eswatini time unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for checking the time converted by your device or calendar.
  • A Google Meet link may be supplied for a remote consultation. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and joining on time.
  • To cancel or reschedule, email info@mcvillan.org or WhatsApp +268 7855 3198 as soon as possible.

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled where reasonably necessary, including for availability, technical, safety, or operational reasons. A consultation by itself does not oblige either party to begin a paid engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorised personal information;
  • use automated means to scrape, overload, spam, probe, or interfere with the website;
  • attempt to bypass security, booking limits, access controls, or availability restrictions;
  • introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data; or
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority.

We may restrict access, reject submissions, or cancel abusive or fraudulent bookings.

Third-party services and links

The website may interact with or link to services operated by others, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, email providers, and WhatsApp. We do not control their availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, branding, original text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Mcvillan International and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information and forms part of these Terms.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, complete accuracy, or that messages, bookings, calendar events, meeting links, or emails will always be delivered. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mcvillan International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct. Liability under a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update the website or these Terms, or suspend all or part of the website, when reasonably necessary. Updated Terms apply from the effective date displayed above. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. The courts of Eswatini will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, subject to any rights or procedures that applicable law requires. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
